New 2-storey duplex
BRIEF:
A modern duplex that mimics the Scandinavian philosophy of utilising whites/greys with natural wood tones and sloped pitched roofs.
FINISHES:
Bricks: Bowral 50 Chillingham White with random dimpled pattern.
Matt Black accenting (aluminium window frames).
TESTIMONIAL:
The vision I had to utilist timber slats throughout the house without overstepping the white render was brought to life in perfect harmony. I also wanted to incoporate a Scandinavian feel but didn't quite know how to do that. Luckily, Chris from MAVROarchitects addressed this by using sloped roofs and prioritising natural light.
